We accept twenty-five families yearly into our program. Skipping Stones is a ‘play with a purpose’ center specializing in small class-to-teacher ratios; a hands-on creative curriculum for littles ages 2.5 years through 5 years.
What sets us apart from other schools is our commitment to DAP, developmentally appropriate practices. As part of our curriculum, we integrate mindfulness practices, daily affirmations, literature tie-ins to weekly themes, creative expressions through art, and immersive experiences with messy art and mud play in our outdoor mud kitchen.

With over 32 years of dedicated experience in the field of education: I am honored to have served as the owner, director, and teacher at Skipping Stones Miami Preschool for the past 15 years. As an educational specialist, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education. Additionally, A National Advanced Directors credential, certified in Parent Coaching from the Jai Institute for Parenting and Trauma-Informed Care for Directors credential. Committed to continuous growth and development, I am a lifelong learner dedicated to providing nurturing and impactful educational experiences for young minds at our community preschool with a big purpose.
