  • Science underscores the importance of small teacher-to-student ratios in preschool settings for optimizing children's learning, socio-emotional development, and overall well-being.

  • Children learn best by doing. Learning should be a joyful and natural experience. Our approach is a prepared environment similar to Montessori, while fostering rituals and rhythms found in the Waldorf education. Our creative curriculum is based on weekly themes where experimentation, exploration, and play-based lesson plans cover age appropriate developmental practices. Our curriculum for PreK 4s and 5s, Handwriting Without Tears, aligns to the science of reading. Handwriting is one of the foundational skills that leads students toward automatic word recognition.

  • Your child does not have to be toilet trained to join our program. Together we create a positive and empowering experience for children in our care and families to reach this important milestone. We encourage open communication between parents and our teachers regarding your child’s readiness for toilet training.

  • Our preschool does not provide food. We kindly request you send your child with a nut free snack and lunch. Healthful choices are recommended with the least amount of preservatives. Food will not be heated in the microwave.
